About the Seacroft Guest House Eastbourne:

After numerous years in the Hotel and Catering industry (mostly spent in London), I decided to look for a location where I could incorporate the knowledge and skills that I had built up, but in much more relaxing surroundings.

Scouting around for Eastbourne Guest Houses, I was lucky to find Seacroft Guest House up for sale... and that was four years ago.

I was immediately struck by its excellent location, 50 meters from the sea front, near shops theatres, etc and I was also surprised that it still maintains a quiet situation.

The fact that Seacroft Guest House is small (just 5 rooms) enough to be family run without engaging outside help, made it a perfect size for me.
It also means that a far more personal service can be offered compared to big Eastbourne hotels and lower prices could be passed on to our guests making it excellent value for money.

Seacroft Guest House is a traditional, informal and relaxed place in which to stay and enjoy Eastbourne and its surrounding areas.

 

On arrival at our Eastbourne Guest House you will receive a great welcome and during your holiday or break you will stay in clean, comfortable rooms which are all en-suite.  You will benefit from good home cooked food too, and all at excellent value for money prices.

In fact, even in high season, our half board rates are lower than most similar establishments who charge more simply for bed and breakfast!
