A warm welcome to the Seacroft Guest House in Eastbourne: We are a small family run Eastbourne Guest House which stands proudly amongst other Victorian buildings in St Aubyns Road just 55 meters from the beach.

The Guest House provides excellent value for money and is a superb base for both exploring Sussex or just simply enjoying the all the delights that Eastbourne has to offer such as, four Theatres, all within walking distance of the Guest House, as well as beautiful Gardens, Tennis, Golf, Sovereign Harbour / Marina and the infamous Beachy Head Cliffs.

In the Summer months, relax upon more than 5 miles of promenade and beaches (and lets not forget our fabulous Victorian Pier!) and soak up some of the sunshine that Eastbourne is so known for.

We have an enviable sunshine record which ranks among the top in the country and our beaches have won at least one seaside award every year since 1992.

East of Eastbourne lies Hastings and the 1066 country!. It was near here (Battle) that William the Conqueror fought King Harold in the famous Battle of Hastings and you will find many tourist attractions including Hastings Castle, Bodium Castle, Battle Abbey and the ancient town of Rye.
